Cocina Linda offers Fresh food made from fresh ingredients, using no preservatives or additives, even our margaritas are made from freshly squeezed limes. Tamales and corn tortillas are made from in house ground organic corn. Salsas have no added fats or wheat and our chiles rellenos are covered in a batter that uses local eggs and no wheat flour. It is part of our philosophy to use local ingredients as a way to support local farming and the wider community. Catering and mail order are available. At Cocina Linda we provide vegetarian dishes, as well as gluten and wheat free options. Visit us at the Albertsons parking lot, behind Liquor World, a short distance from downtown and easily accessible to the bike trail.
